Terms and Conditions
Unless noted below, if a selection does not meet your expectation it may be returned accompanied by the original receipt for a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase. Returnable merchandise must be in new, unused, unworn, unopened and unwashed condition with original packing material and original tagging attached. Refunds will be credited to the credit card used during the original purchase; Merchandise paid for in cash or by check will be refunded by a company check and mailed within 30 business days.
Refunds or exchanges on any merchandise for any reason may be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
Custom/Special ordered items: 50% deposit is required for all custom/special order. No returns, refunds or exchanges on any custom/special ordered items will be accepted. Customers have 24 hours from time of order is placed to cancel without penalty. We can not guarantee lead times. Orders my not be cancelled nor deposits refunded due to late lead times and/or delivery. $30 daily store fee will be charged on completed merchandise left over 7 days. We are not responsible for merchandise left over 14 days.
Sara Palacios Designs can provide for delivery of merchandise through a third-party delivery service unaffiliated with Sara Palacios Designs. In such cases Sara Palacios Designs is acting only as a facilitator between the purchaser and the delivery service, not as an agent for either, and has no liability with respect to the delivery service. Delivery charges will not be refunded for returned merchandise. If customer requires a return pick up the standard delivery fee will apply. Refused orders are subject to return freight. Customers must sign proof of delivery note, making sure that all goods have been inspected prior to signing. Should any merchandise be damage, it must be noted on the proof of delivery note accordingly. Once the proof of delivery note has been signed stating the merchandise is in good condition, no repairs, replacements, exchanges or returns will be accepted if the customer finds fault at the later date.
Delivery Access: It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture you order can be delivered into your property and that there is safe and reasonable access. Delivery does not include removal of doors, windows or other fixtures.
